Important milestone in European LifeCare Group’s journey

Following several years of strong growth, doubling both revenue and results, European LifeCare Group has been acquired by Findos.

This marks the next step in our European growth story. In 2024 alone we delivered 3 million vaccinations across Denmark, the UK, the Netherlands, and most recently Sweden.

The last five years have been nothing short of transformational:

• 5x growth in EBITDA
• Doubling revenue and results in 2024
• 11-fold increase in colleagues at Danske Lægers Vaccinations Service

We are proud of how far we have come in expanding our reach and strengthening our role as one of Europe’s leading independent vaccination providers.

The acquisition is both a recognition of the dedication of our teams and a confirmation of our strategy to make vaccinations accessible, safe, and scalable for all. With Findos as our new owner, we look forward to continuing this journey of growth and impact.
